For the most part it’s borderline child porn or stable diffusion spam. There should be an option to opt out of content from specific instances on account level.

If an instance were to leave the fediverse do we loose all its data? Say for example iPad Lenny.ml domain was seized or was forced to shutdown so we loose all communities from that host? As a new user to all these sites, I’m confused about they interact with each other. For example, on Lemmy, I can view a Mastodon account, but I can’t view that account’s posts. This makes sense, as sorting your home feed by “all” could hypothetically result in your feed getting flooded by popular Mastodon posts....
