Are presidential elections even the responsibility of the executive branch?

Is “maintaining the integrity of the presidential election” even fall under the responsibilities of POTUS? Wouldn’t that be more of the judicial’s or legislative’s wheelhouse? If it’s not, doesn’t that completely invalidate Trump’s argument that he was acting under his presidential duties?

What is the psychology of people who idiolize mass shooters, sees them as heroes and replicate their acts?

Im not fully grasping how the mind of those “copycats” works. People who are obsessed with Columbine for example, and want to do a mass shooting. That is their thought process? Is there some study I can read exploring what’s on their minds?

Secondhand item came with previous owner's files on the SD card, do I return the card or format it?

I bought a 3d printer off Ebay which got delivered not too long ago, and it came with 2 sd cards - one with a build video and some demo print files, but worryingly another card that has all the previous owner’s personal files on there....
