How’s the soil? Been repotted recently? I’d try taking it out of the pot, replacing all the loose soil with fresh potting soil enriched with nutrients (I use blood meal + bone meal because plants are secret goths), putting it back, giving it a good soak & drain, then see what happens.

Nothing. If my plants want to die, they die. I have like 30 plants.

However, if you want to save some of it, look into propagating it. The main plant might die but it can have offspring living on.

Edit: I don’t know if this plant gets variegation but if it naturally does, it might not die

You are right, I am still just scared to chop and prop sometimes…I shouldn’t be, but I feel like I am hurting it when I know that some plants thrive the more you chop em’
