TheCraiggers , 10 months ago Also renewing license plates/licenses. Basically if you need to make a yearly or monthly payment to keep using something it’s a scam in my eyes. Not sure about where you live, but where I live, that money goes towards road upkeep. That money has to come from somewhere.
