There have been multiple accounts created with the sole purpose of posting advertisement posts or replies containing unsolicited advertising.

Accounts which solely post advertisements, or persistently post them may be terminated.

Every time my phone gets connected to bluetooth speaker, messaging apps automatically come out of forced stopped state and start running in the background, any explanation for that?

The only two apps that behave this way are the messaging apps, signal and telegram. Like I mentioned before, I have them both on forced stopped. Is that normal or should I do some logging and send it out to devs?

This isn’t a good community for support. I’d recommend either an iPhone or Android community. Removing per rule #5.

Android or iOS? I know in iOS there’s an option to announce messages but I thought it was for AirPods only.
