Aloo pakoda from the north, I guess? But personally, I love batate bajje, which is a food from my region. But ketchup don’t really taste that good, let’s be real - it’s decent, and universal, but kinda mid. They go well with rolls, but personally, I like me some fresh chutney. Imli (tamarind) and coriander chutney tastes the best with samosas, but I just love pudina-peanut chutney.
I like regular skinny fries. I’m ok with wavy fries or curly fries as long as they aren’t those weird battered ones. Thick cut steak fries can’t go in ketchup - to much potato, not enough crisp.
