It only works for Germany I believe, but the best app (both for the actual forecasts and the nice widget) is the Deutsche Wetterdienst app - though thanks to legal shenanigans you have to pay a euro for it.
I’m a total noob so using lemmy was a real challenge to get started, but I downloaded wefwef today and it’s basically just like Reddit, very easy to use and feels very comfortable.
Connect for lemmy is also the same experience as reddit. It’s little unstable like any other lemmy app but I don’t miss reddit while using it feels like i am just using a different app for reddit 😁😁
I wish there actually was an Android launcher with tile based live apps though. I thought it was neat and want to try it, but even Microsoft didn’t do it again for their Arrow Launcher.
Microsoft rarely makes good decisions. Though wp had a great ui ahead of it’s time, it was super restricted, and companies had to pay for using windows on their phones. Android although was way more unpolished, it was free and open source. And Microsoft has continued to make terrible decisions ever since
It might feel busy for some but that’s because you see it for the first time. When it’s on your phone, you see it like 50 times a day you realize that you got so much information at a glance.
Or maybe you need to be an old WP user to appreciate it 😁
