First off, im not new to Lemmy, im behind my Alt account. But I was to make this post because if an android app me and my boyfriend are currently working on, or soon to be working on. We value are privacy and security very much, and we take this much to ensure we are protected as much as we can. We know we can’t do 100%, but...

I’ve had the Google pixel 6 for almost 2 years. Lately it seems like it just breaks everything. It has issues with multiple apps, it doesn’t want to connect to WiFi, the list goes on. Everything I Google, it’s like yep, me too, known issue. Is this a bad phone? What should I upgrade to?

Is it a rule imposed by the phone carriers, who want you to buy a different plan with no voice service if you have a tablet? It can’t be the phone makers since the are so many. It can’t be Android software licenses since Apple seems affected too. I’d be pretty interested in a tablet sized phone. But they seem to have maxed...

I don’t like how my friends, family, and work contacts are mixed in to the menu when I press share. I see a random jumble of people from various apps on my device....

I’ve got a tablet with way more storage space than my phone. I’d like to be able to access all the files on it from my phone, just for viewing, without having to manually set up both devices for something cumbersome like TeamViewer. But also without having to use cloud storage. Is there any way to do this?
