So I was drafting a blog post about an x86 tablet and was quickly going to mention running x86 versions of Android like Bliss as an option, but I can’t seem to figure out exactly what/if active projects are out there....

Just wondering what everyone uses. Currently some of the apps I use are proton apps, openboard fork with futo voice, grayjay, notesnook, signal. I have more but wanna hear your apps! Creating Lemmy content!

My first one was a Samsung Galaxy S1 that I got in 2013 and it was a great little device that was easy to open up and repair. It had only 512MB of RAM but that was plenty for basic phone needs, web browsing and running some Android apps like AnkiDroid at the time.

There are tons of Notes app available in the playstore and f-droid. I have use my fair share of them these are my best 5 recommendations. All of these are free to use and have to pay extra if you want specific features....
