Blah blah blah. Any hint of being taxed same thing gets rolled out. Can’t keep going like this billionaires, time to pay back into the systems you benefit from.

No CVEs? Move along. When there’s a CVE, then you look.

They mention two papers and a press release, but don’t provide links or titles. Also:

For example, the first mammals evolved out of the reptilian order Therapsida.

Therapsids weren’t reptiles, nor did they evolve from reptiles—they were a separate clade that evolved from amphibians alongside reptiles. Some early subclades resembled reptiles, but they were a separate lineage.

Bourff ,

Thanks for the details, that affirmation seemed strange to me and I was about to look for more info on that.

Tax wealth.

Sertou , to games in World of Warcraft: The War Within's pre-patch event has been fixed, removing 90-minute wait times and turning its weekly quests into account-wide dailies

Too late. Someone at Blizzard should have remembered that “You never get a second chance to make amfirst impression.” No amount of FOMO will bring me back to this tedious grind disguised as an event.

KoboldOfArtifice ,

I think their main problem was that it was again reliant on the same ramp up that is typical for Pre-Patch events.

The lack of communication in that left people assuming that the current speed of acquisition was all there was, when most likely there was no worry about missing out even if you joined in the last week. People with alts also had a massive advantage.

Could have all been solved with more communication. While you can’t make two first impressions, it still seems like a fun enough event and the rewards are neat. Not enough to play the game just for the event, but I doubt that that’s ever the intent behind these. They’re just there to set the mood a bit for the upcoming release.

Sertou ,

Good points all. Blizzard never has prioritized communication.

This user is just link farming to the same domain in every post. I have seen other user accounts doing the same thing recently and the article quality is simply poor. SPAM

kolorafa ,

Yes, user should (at least try to) provide their own message, if not and it just post links to (their own?) pages then account should be marked as Bot IMHO.

Once again focusing on the “villain” Chinese company, instead of performing sweeping reforms that will actually stop this shit from happening.

Because im sure that Google, Meta, YT, and other American sites DEFINITELY dont do the same things…
