The downside of having zoom-only meetings is that if the power goes out, you can’t attend the meeting.

Regular reminder that if you are giving someone feedback on their work, be kind and try to find at least one positive thing to tell them about it. That goes for trainees, authors of manuscripts you are reviewing, and even senior colleagues you think probably don't need a pat on the back. @academicchatter
