Really enjoyed reading this article from Oishi and Westgate on “A Psychologically Rich Life”. As a potential third dimension next to Hedonic (Pleasure) and Eudaemonic (Meaning) Wellbeing, they posit the notion that Psychological Richness leads to Wisdom. It allows for a reframing of experiences that don't fit the happy/meaningful box, but do add to increased wisdom in life.

Dear all—thank you so much for your boosts and help with this post. I've currently gathered 42 responses, which has been a great start. If you are a teacher, then please consider helping me out by adding your opinions to my research project.

I've begun my exploratory factor analysis, and I would love to have more responses to help improve validity. So far, the results are definitely giving me incredibly useful input. Once again, thank you!

A few weeks ago, I put out a call on Mastodon to University faculty staff and students about “managing international students starting a new life abroad”.

The helpful responses led to a successful presentation for Year 13 students. As promised, I'm now publishing the results and dataset.

It's actually shown real staying power. The survey is now open indefinitely. I will update the project page periodically.
