@bert_hubert 2/2 artistic protest action against the profit hype - the "EinBuch" (OneBook). The authors gave away the text of the book for free via the Internet and produced a single, extremely expensive physical edition that could not be copied. It remained a widely unheard protest. Market concentration and the profit maximisation had long since taken hold of the book market.

@NatureMC @writing thanks for this - I studied the market when I was working on my (so far failed) book and it was all not good…
