@tomkindlon @chronicillness @spoonies @disability @disabilityjustice @mecfs @longcovid You’d never know that the policies were being written by bros with a background in law or finance. /s They must face up to the systemic biases and prejudices working against people with disabilities who want to be employed — the employers doing the hiring and accommodating need education and incentives. Everyone, basically, needs to accept that we aren’t being disabled just to be a pain in the ass.
