Seeking Václav Havel quotation — please boost for broader circulation. Decades ago I (think I) read an essay by Václav Havel in which he responded to a question how he and others were able to move so quickly to establish a democratic government. His response was something like “because we spent so much time talking when we knew that talking wouldn’t make any difference.” I can’t find the source now. Any hints? @bookstodon
