By and large Otzma Yehudit voters do serve in the army. You are confusing Religious Zionists (who do serve, and make up the bulk of the far-right and settlers in Israel) with the Ultra-Orthodox (who do not serve, and largely don't have views about the conflict and are more worried about social programs for their community who are by and large poor).

Honestly I hate the way this article is written, like yeah, let's dunk on some random Russian citizens for complaining when things are worse in Ukraine. As if they have some kind of say in what Putin and his cronies are up to. I'm not against the Ukrainian drone attacks, but we need to stop with this general anti-Russian sentiment.

I want the record to show that I was one of the people who downvoted this, and I wanted to explain why. I agree that RFK Jr.'s candidacy is a complete joke. I just don't think someone who happens to be related to him saying it who has no more political expertise than any of us deserves to make news.
