I watched Abigail last night and I feel like this has been done before. The titles escape me at the moment but I have seen more than one movie where kidnappers end up finding out that it's not really a child they are holding for ransom. @horror

I had a zine I published in high school called I ❤️ Mike Ness and the whole thing was just me talking about Mike Ness, how great his voice and lyrics were, etc. So freaking campy. I found copies of it I had kept around ten years ago and showed my kids who were teens. My oldest was like, uh, Mama, did you like show this to other people?

I liked this one more than I thought I would. It was kind of silly and I usually can't handle a lot of gore but all the deaths were more funny than gross. I especially loved when the killer took time from their murder spree to feed one of their victim's cats. @horror

I developed a phobia of snakes in childhood and haven't been able to shed it.

I think it's more about the 'surprise' of seeing them less than the snake itself, if that makes any sense.
