Had the same issue with and without the LoL settings. What do you mean with have the .exe available? Download it manually?

No it’s not. Trying to reinstall doesnt work either, reinstalled wine and lutris via Flatpak and Rpm but it’s always the same problem.

I will have a look on the other Community, maybe I find the right trick.
