I’ve just rewatched the Warcraft movie, after 8 years since its release. I have read several books of the saga, so I already knew the story pretty well even before the release of this film in 2016. I also played a lot of World of Warcraft in my life and I can say that the movie is so hasty and ambitious script (in the bad sense). But I can’t deny the nostalgia of returning that universe.

@o1399 @bookstodon It’s not a bad movie indeed. But it could have been better, because of the huge universe it belongs. If I may suggest, I’d like to recommend the book Arthas, by Christie Golden. It’s an amazing plot. I believe it’s one of the best World of Warcraft books according to the fandom.
