Finally finished The Fall of Hyperion by Dan Simmons. This was a bit of a slog I have to say.

You know when you watch a soap opera for a while and then you stop watching it for a couple of weeks and when you get back they are still at the same plotline they were weeks ago? It's like nothing happened in between. This book was kinda like that for me. @bookstodon
