This episode, "Second Skin", also reminds me of "Duet". In both stories, Kira meets a Cardassian she didn't trust in the beginning but then realizes is an honorable person.

While the plots of the two episodes are much different, Kira being Cardassian in the episode reminds me of Deanna Troi as a Romulan in TNG's "Face of the Enemy".
