@AimeeMaroux This is a particularly intriguing one, with the ram's head (I think) on the phallus and something strange going on with the tail. From this angle, it looks almost like he's riding a sea serpent or something. Would love to see other views but tineye only coughed up this from Christie's.

A #spintria is a small bronze or brass Roman coin depicting a sexual act and a number on the other side. They were probably used as locker tokens in Roman baths, where there were erotic frescoes in the changing rooms depicting similar sex acts.
