Accounts which solely post advertisements, or persistently post them may be terminated.
Spacecraft , 1 year ago @Kichae pointed out here why it may not really matter too much. As long as everything is pretty well cross pollinated, things should be discoverable. I imagine the bigger the user base the better it will be.
