Maybe the luggage hold below the plane can be used for cargo, but even then it seems pretty unlikely as commercial trade routes are probably not set up to use consumer passenger infrastructure in random temporary situations like this.
And besides, the same forces affect cargo, too. With people fleeing Lebanon, demand for goods will be lower than normal.
