Around 2010 my friend lost his job. It didn’t matter really, both of us were well off at the time and could afford not to work for long periods of time.
We spent the better part of the year playing black ops over Xbox live and smoking weed out of a massive hookah we bought and called the Black Dahlia after a stripper I once fancied.
It was an easy going care free time in my life and a long cherished memory. In a way I’ve been chasing that kind of camaraderie ever since then. I doubt I’ll ever find it again.
