TachyonTele , 5 hours ago Walking really does help. After my stroke I could barely get anywhere. But I kept at it almost every day and whenever I pass the telephone pole I used to rest at I realize how far I’ve come. Not feeling like I’m dying after is great. Thankfully I can still play music.
