God. That’s such a small amount compared to what the world economy generates, and yet, invariably, the world will balk at the cost.

Most Sub-Saharan African countries are still largely reliant on primary sector exports for their economies, so in addition to Africa being not a great place to endure climate change in to begin with, each change that does occur will have a disproportional effect compared to what Middle and Upper Income countries will endure.
