There is more than one fact in any situation, and facts are not mutually exclusive.
“Biden’s administration are actively supporting genocide by sending as many weapons as they possibly can without congressional approval” and “Biden’s administration is working in good faith to stop the genocide” ARE mutually exclusive, though, and only the former is actually true.
