The Seoul western district court sentenced Park Sung-min, a former senior intelligence officer at the Seoul metropolitan police agency, to one and a half years in prison, and Kim Jin-ho, a former intelligence officer at the Yongsan police station, to a year in prison, suspended for three years.

Suspended sentences for both, they won’t see prison so long as they don’t commit any other crimes in the next 3 years. However, both are now former officers.

It’s hard to find other sources for either of them because one turns up an actor by the same name and another turns up a singer by the same name.
