There have been multiple accounts created with the sole purpose of posting advertisement posts or replies containing unsolicited advertising.
Accounts which solely post advertisements, or persistently post them may be terminated.

It's free as in freedom not as in free beer and that's that. Jitsi doesn't have to offer free service and they particularly don't have to provide anonymity. The same is true for the fediverse, since the admins have info that could help identify users. That has it's uses too.
