Accounts which solely post advertisements, or persistently post them may be terminated.

It should already have it. It’s not a new system, they are deciding to run their own server.

If I read the article correctly, they set up an Akkoma instance.

Akkoma works well with Mastodon and Misskey forks, but not so well with Lemmy and Mbin, hence my question.
