They keep using “gender” in this paper, don’t acknowledge any of it’s downfalls (n = 60; self-reported; no protocol for hand swab; biological sex is not binary; etc);

So they are able to determine if someone is using self care products marketed to females vs males? Or are they claiming each gender has a distinct VOC composition due to biological sex differences? this is some really poor reporting on some really shoddy “research”

Yeah, we’re gonna need more than 60 test subjects before something that can send people to a prison is used. Unless you live in US of course, you guys go and have fun!
