If the Borg came across a xenomorph planet, would they assimilate them? Thier biology might be a huge plus. Or would they not do it because xenomorphs don’t have any technology?

Bonus question: What about Engineers? That’s some good tech there.

Hmm, acid blood probably not too compatible with tech. The Engineers, on the other hand, would have some useful genetic info.

I think they would try their hardest to assimilate them, but they would fall into the same area as species 8472.

Extremely advanced organisms that possess a natural defense against assimilation, in fact now that I think of it maybe species 8472 was trek‘s take on xenomorphs.

Very alien physiology, decidedly hostile, and utilizing bio/organic technology way beyond anything otherwise encountered.

They would try, fail, and give up after they lose their first cube. Predators like hunting and humans are too greedy so they just keep letting planets get overrun with the damn things.

You don’t see the Borg fucking each other over for a goddamn percentage.
