4K HDR/DOlby Vision content downloading site.

Hello everyone. I was wondering if there’s a site to download movies in HDR/Dolby Vision. Also, which PC and Android apps support playing HDR/Dolby Vision content? Edit: For PC software, I found out MPC-HC with the 4K HDR decoder. Link: github.com/clsid2/mpc-hcStill need the site and Android app’s name.
