How to contribute to groups that distribute videos?

I’ve decrypted a few videos of a worldwide event that includes all types of sports and stuff that is now happening in France (can’t mention the name explicitly), and I’ve been able to get the entire opening ceremony and other types of videos. Where can I post/talk to the groups that distribute these videos so I can contribute to them?

Sounds interesting. Like some sort of underground secret sporting thing that the French are doing? I wonder if this will catch on in other countries too? Are there nude pillow fighting videos and stuff like that?
