Kind of a nitpick, frankly. A piece of third-party software that is required for the game to run is hardly FitGirl’s fault. And if you already have it installed, then you are not required to download it in the launcher. You can proceed to skip that part & install the game without any Internet connection whatsoever.
(Also, if you didn’t have access to the Internet at least SOMETIMES then you wouldn’t be able to have gotten the repack downloaded in the first place.)
