Ok let me stay non credible here:

  • SpaceX gets funding from the DoD to make resuable rockets happen
  • Starship is just the modern version of this
  • DoD funds Starlink because is has huge military applications

Geting even more non credible now, starlinks potential features:

  1. Low latency, jam resistant global drone control.
  2. Signal intelligence gathering and source triangulation (Wirelessdevices, Radar, Motor ignitions)
  3. Distributed Aperture Radar scanning for high resulution, quick update visual intel in all weather conditions.
  4. Distributed directional signal jamming
  5. ICBM interception thru kinetic impact
  6. ICBM interception thru distributed direct energy means
  7. cicumventing local internet censorship for psyop means
  8. securing those orbits before china can put satelites there
  9. blocking the view of higher flying enemy spy sats
