It is something said on 4chan about the Bush War. In general if something about Rhodesia sounds like it could be racist propaganda, it’s probably better to assume it probably is until sufficient evidence shows it isn’t. This is the country that was more racist than apartheid South Africa and fought a war rather than face any chance of peaceful integration.
