Doomgaze - a community for discussion of the 'doomgaze' subgenre of music

I’ve created a community at !doomgaze to discuss artists, albums, shows and anything else related to the ‘doomgaze’ subgenre.

Doomgaze blends the tempo and heaviness of doom metal with the shoegaze to create atmospheric, slow and ethereal music that still leans towards heaviness.

Yeah, OK, I know doom scrolling and navel gazing but this has me stumped. I like a bit of Katatonia so my interest is piqued. Got any examples?
