Am I the only one that while looking at those pictures it screams make it a museum and clearly you’ll make a profit? Even if it were in red numbers at the end?
No license fees, most content could be reruns of shows that they did while explaining how it was made in those rooms, no rent money and in top of that the generation that grew up with that content are the ones that have jobs right now and clearly they would pay for the tour that won’t need many employees since it’s probably a medium size building?
