There have been multiple accounts created with the sole purpose of posting advertisement posts or replies containing unsolicited advertising.
Accounts which solely post advertisements, or persistently post them may be terminated.

It should not use a random mobile phone number to send an SMS request to confirm a credit card transaction. Each of those things are security theatre and actually make the whole system less secure. As for 2FA, it should not be SMS based and it should be when you login, not when you transfer funds between your own accounts as the OP mentioned.
