mycoxadril , 10 months ago I’d argue the biggest thing stopping most people from doing this is laziness. Which is great. Even getting to the store to buy a cake is the only way we do it, making one is too much work (for casual bored cake consumption). Probably purely the fact that when we go to the store we don’t have store bought cake on the mind, i we don’t buy it.
