I think that reality is fundamentally a stream of emotions. Like poetry.
Love, hate, joy, anticipation, regret, excitement, boredome, etc all mixed together. A stream of emotion-energy.
Like music, except without the words or sounds. Just the feelings.
And then we invent (via a deep complex automatic unconscious process) all the sensations and shapes. The sights, sounds, thoughts, objects, time, space, people, money etc.
A complex hallucination that’s a reaction to the feelings. Like making up words to go with a tune
