Nah. I mean, the guy is unhinged, but US legal interpretations of freedom of speech tend to be very broad. "If I was next to the president right now I'd shoot him" was quite famously ruled as within the boundaries of freedom of speech back in the 60s, so I don't think "I HATE AMERICA SO MUCH THAT I SUPPORT GENOCIDE ABROAD" will get much traction.
