There have been multiple accounts created with the sole purpose of posting advertisement posts or replies containing unsolicited advertising.
Accounts which solely post advertisements, or persistently post them may be terminated.
iturnedintoanewt OP , 6 months ago OK…fixed it, I guess. Just in case, I tried to ADD a shortcut on KDE shortcuts with Ctrl Shift L. THEN it told me some other Kwin command had the shortcut taken and it would be a duplicate. Removing it made Bitwarden work straight away.
