there’s this silly ‘belief’ that sovcits hold that - for some reason unbeknownst to anyone else - cops are only permitted to use their lights/sirens in an “emergency”, for which pulling someone over doesn’t qualify. i’ve seen videos where sovcits qustiont he cop pulling them over as to what the “emergency” is, and why they would flashing their lights/blaring their siren if there wasn’t some sort of emergency, like it’s some sort of “gotcha”.
