Accounts which solely post advertisements, or persistently post them may be terminated.

    On my instance it marks the Lemmy account and group as locked and the account must validate the subscription. I don't have this problem using a Mastodon account though.

    if it aint federating, why bother? understably, i dont 'get' the microblog side of the 'verse... but interoperability is the point.. isnt it? why jump to crippled product?

    Yes, but why you’ll use an social network which isn’t federated? If you don’t want Mastodon, there are a lot of other alternatives, apart of Lemmy.

    Because i want a self hosted microblogging software little few people and Mastodon and Pleroma it's a mastodontes software.

    And GoToSocial it's the project perfect for that.
