My cat sees me as safety.

We have been giving anxious Cleo calming cat treats and may order her a Thunder Jacket. Since then, she has been much more vocal and attached to me in particular at the hip. She looks scraggly in this picture because we gave her an oatmeal shampoo bath for her bumpy skin.

Poor little anxious sweetheart. Thank you for trying to help her feel less stressed. Since you know about thunder jackets, you probably already know about the importance of high places for kitties to hide, and the existence feliway (this was used in an animal shelter I used to work at), but just in case… us.feliway.com
