Can I disable multi window shortcuts in Xiaomi Hyper OS?

My Xiaomi tablet just updated from MIUI to Hyper OS (Android 14). I like some improvements, but I don’t use multi window and I’d like to get rid of that three dots thing (top center) since they don’t go away even if a video is playing fullscreen.
