There have been multiple accounts created with the sole purpose of posting advertisement posts or replies containing unsolicited advertising.

Accounts which solely post advertisements, or persistently post them may be terminated.

Denied SMS permission, still this app reads my mesages.

Its a credit card app.

It alerts me, when I receive payment notifications ( insurance , electricity ). And asks to complete the payment. I disabled the SMS access.

Still the app alerts me.

Also there is a special permission on android that allows apps to read confirmation codes from SMS, maybe you mean that one?
